The Journey Ahead

Bermuda Racing was the brainchild of its founder, Simon Scupham. It is owned by The Scupham Family Trust, with the operation managed by Jake Warren and his team at Highclere Stud. Simon, Moira and Harry are enthusiastic supporters, and despite being based in Bermuda, make every effort to attend the races and visit the broodmares, alongside their progeny, whenever possible.

Bermuda Racing's ambition is to breed racehorses with impeccable pedigrees capable of competing at the highest levels of the sport. By giving all its horses Bermuda-inspired names, the operation pays homage to one of the most beautiful and special places on earth.

While fully aware of the challenges inherent in the sport, the aspiration is to build a sustainable, "feet-on-the-ground yet reach-for-the-stars" operation - one that is committed to the long-term and capable of reaching the exciting destinations it has set for itself.
