The Journey Ahead

Our unbridled ambition is to breed racehorses with impeccable pedigrees that can compete at the highest levels of racing and by giving all our horses Bermuda names pay homage to one of the most beautiful and special places on earth.

Notwithstanding the inevitable bumps in the track ahead, we have a sustainable “both feet on the ground but reach for the stars“ philosophy in place to ensure that we can be fully committed for the long run and reach the exciting destinations we have set course for.

Journey so far

Our journey began with the purchase of Johnny Barnes from Goffs Orby in 2013. We loved him when he entered the sales ring and snapped him up before the major players finished their breakfast. As with all of our horses (others including Queen of Bermuda, Pink Sands, Spirit of Bermuda, Flora of Bermuda, Juan Bermudez, Horseshoe Bay, Castle Harbour, Crystal Caves, Great Sound, Paradise Lake and Sir George Somers), his name pays tribute to our Bermuda origins. In this instance, to the beloved Bermudian institution Johnny Barnes aka Mr Happy Man, who for many years waved and greeted morning commuters with the words, “I love you”.
